Method: Place one teaspoon of herb in an infuser, teapot or plunger. Add water which has just come off the boil and steep for15 minutes before serving. Wedges of lemon or lime, or honey can be added if desired. Best taken hot.

Mugwort herb – Nervine. Mineral rich- magnesium, calcium and potassium.

Yerba Mate – Stimulant. Tonic. Relieves fatigue by increasing oxygen uptake in the tired overloaded lung.
