An inviting, rich, red tea that captures the spirit of Christmas.Combines the delightful fragrance of Sweet Orange, Calendula and Rosella with the gentle spicy aroma of Cinnamon. Exquisite served in a clear plunger and poured into tea glasses.

Method: Place a heaped teaspoon of herb into teapot or plunger. Add water which has just come off the boil, and steep for 15 minutes to achieve a rich colour before serving.

Found originally in the Old World tropics the hibiscus is well known and can be successfully grown throughout the world. We have chosen the red variety imparting a ruby rich colour to the tea – very special at Christmas. It is refreshing , fragrant and nourishing, containing iron , vitamin C and copper.

Traditionally used to treat fevers due to its natural coolant qualities.
