We suggest one teaspoon at a time for small babies (12 weeks old) increasing to one cup for older babies (36 months). Best served just warm. Method: Place one small teaspoon of herb in a cup and allow to steep for ten minutes. Strain and allow to cool. Tea may be given off the spoon, in a bottle or a cup. Tea can be kept warm in a thermos throughout the day. Pay special attention to the temperature of the tea, when serving to babies.
