A memorable experience of exotic spices and fine quality black tea, blended with the Ayurvedic brain food – Brahmi! Based on India’s traditional ‘Chai’ this tea may be taken with or without milk and sweetened with honey. Traditionally served in tea glasses.

Method: Place one teaspoon of herb into an infuser, teapot or plunger. Add water which has just come off the boil and steep for ten minutes before serving
