Herbs traditionally known to have a significant bearing on female physiology, with the nourishing virtues of Evening Primrose Seed.

Method: Turn jar upside down and tap base to disperse the fine Evening Primrose Seed through the mixture. Place one teaspoon
of herb in an infuser, teapot or plunger. Add water which has just come off the boil, and steep for 15 minutes before serving.
Can be taken with a little honey or lemon.

Asparagus Root – Diuretic. Diaphoretic. Sedative. Increases cellular activity in the kidneys promoting increased urine production. Demulcent action may relieve vaginal dryness.
Reproductive tonic with rejuvenation action.
Sage Leaf – Antihydrotic. Astringent. Oestrogenic. Antiseptic. Calminative. Relief of night sweats due to perspiration inhibition action of this herb. Nervous debility, low spirited, faintness or lightheadedness. Helpful for joint pain.
Chaste Tree Berry – Good hormone regulator and stabiliser for irregular or changeable menstrual cycle, fibroids, infertility, post natal depression, PMT, pelvic pain or inflammation, difficult second half of cycle.
Dong Quai Root – one of the best known herbs for treating female ailments. Uterine tonic. Antispasmodic. Nourishing.
Evening Primrose Seed – Rich in essential fatty acids. Nourishing to the nervous system and helpful for conditions associated with hormone imbalance or changes. Eczema, sore breasts, dry hair, brittle nails, premenstrual syndrome, joint pains. Depression. Anticoagulant properties may help reduce blood pressure.
