happy, with good digestion and good body odour’ – well we all want that – don’t we? Fennel has been used traditionally throughout the ages for
digestion and liver support.
Commonly known as the slimmers herb due to its ability to encourage fat
and glucose metabolism. Renowned for its mild oestrogenic effects,
balancing hormones for both men and women.
Fennel has feathery leaves and tall stalks topped by umbrella-like flowers and has a light anise - licorice flavor and aroma.
