After blank for trauma injury to my patella, the bruising was extensive right round to the back of my knee and down to my toes. After a week of using this and hypericium creams the pain swelling and bruising was significantly reduced.
After a blunt force trauma injury to my patella, there was a massive amount of bruising right down to my toes. I started using this cream along with the arnica cream and within five days the bruising had dramatically reduced!
