Method: Place one teaspoon in an infuser, teapot or plunger. Add water which has just come off the boil and steep for 10 minutes before serving. Honey can be added if desired. Pay attention to temperature when serving tea to children.

Chamomile Flower s – Most widely recognised as a gentle nervine. Calminative. Sedative. Tonic. Pacifies vagus nerve helping all sorts of stomach ailments – colic, indigestion, cramping, nausea. Mild anti inflammatory action is useful for teething, fever and ear pain. Great
remedy for highly strung uncomfortable children.
Cinnamon Chips – Pleasantly warming remedy to the stomach and other
cold organs. Good for crampy pains, indigestion, gas and diarrhea.
Calminative.
Passionflower – Mild sedative. Relaxant. Antispasmodic. Pacifies nerve
pathways – neuralgia, shingles. Useful for anxiety, tension, restlessness,
irritability. Nerve pain.
Elder Flowers - Gentle pain reliever. Diaphoretic – Promotes perspiration
at the first stage of cold or fever. Very soothing to the nervous system –
shaking, panicky, restlessness and sleeplessness.
