The dispensary is manned all day, Monday ~ Thursday.
Your order can also be placed by phone, fax, or post.

Terms and Conditions

Dispatch:

Orders are dispatched Monday ~ Thursday.
Orders received before 12 noon, will be dispatched in this posting.

Returns:

Claims for damaged goods must be made within three days.
We do not accept any items for refund.

Practitioners:

Practitioners are required to send a copy of their current TGA Certificate, proof of Association Membership or qualifications, in order to be eligible to purchase from the practitioners range.
Students are required to send proof of current college enrollment

Product may vary slightly in colour and texture according to season, harvesting procedure and country of origin. Product may contain traces of foreign material, e.g. hessian, string, small stones. This is unavoidable in a product of this nature. These cause no harm, are not ingested, and remain in the base of the infuser.
