Method: Turn jar upside down and tap base to disperse the fine Evening Primrose Seed through the mixture. Place one teaspoon of herb in an infuser, teapot or plunger. Add water which has just come off the boil, and steep for 15 minutes before serving. Can be taken with a little honey or lemon.

Chaste Tree Berry – Good hormone regulator and stabiliser for irregular or changeable menstrual cycle, fibroids, infertility, post natal depression, PMT, pelvic pain or inflammation, difficult second half of cycle.
