A fragrant combination of Bilberry and Blue Cornflower blended with Eyebright - traditionally known to maintain the health of the eye and improve clarity. Delightful on its own or add a wedge of lemon or lime.

Method: Place one teaspoon in an infuser, teapot or plunger. Add water which has just come off the boil and steep for 10 minutes before serving.

Small downy annual common in pastures, meadows and moist grassland. A well known popular home garden remedy from Europe.

As the name suggests this plant is a traditionally time-honoured remedy for eye disorders such as eye strain, eye inflammation and weak vision. In addition it has been used to soothe the irritation of hay fever, nasal catarrh and congestion – reputed to have an anti-inflammatory and astringent action on mucous membranes.
