VEGEHERB FIBRE POWDER ORGANIC 175g
Our VEGEHERB FIBRE is packed with 14 rich vegetable and herb concentrates. It provides a nutritional super boost and has a cleansing and detoxifying action. The water soluble soft fibre – Psyllium – helps maintain regular bowel movements leaving the body feeling energised, cleansed and invigorated.
The powder can be taken by adding one teaspoon to water or juice and stirring briskly, although it may not dissolve. Alternatively it can be mixed with food such as yoghurt, honey, custard or banana, or sprinkled over breakfast cereal.
Contains Marshmallow Root – Althea Officinalis, Fenugreek – Trigonella Foenum-Graecum, Spinach – Spinacia oleracea, Broccoli – Brassica oleracea, Rhubarb – Rhuem Palmatum, Linseed – Linum Usitatissum, Mustard – Eruca sativa, Coriander – Coriandrum sativum, Rosehips – Rosa Canina, Beetroot – Beta vulgaris, Licorice – Glycyrrhiza Glabra, Ginger – Zingiber Officinale, Tomato – Lycopersicon esculentum, Cinnamon – Cinnamomum verum and Psyllium Hulls – Plantago psyllium .
