This is my favourite herbal blend! It�s hard to know which products might help you sleep but this one really did help me. It�s gentle but very effective and honestly relaxed me at night and kept me sleeping deeper for longer.

I have sun aged dry spots on my face and find the calendula cream seems to make them smaller.
Also I have dry eczema prone skin and it is wonderful for that too. I put it on before bed.
