Returns and Refunds
We take great care to ensure your order reaches you in excellent condition. All returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please email us at info@wildcraft.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
We’ll provide return instructions and cover the cost of return shipping if the issue is due to our error or a product fault.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome and, if approved, process your refund via your original payment method.
Change of Mind
If you change your mind, you’re welcome to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, provided you notify us by email at info@wildcraft.com.au within 7 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, your item must be:

in the same condition you received it

in its original packaging

accompanied by proof of purchase
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note that we do not offer exchanges or refunds for used or opened items, unless they are faulty.
Your Rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Product and Liability Disclaimer
As our products are made with natural ingredients, variations in colour, taste, and texture may occur due to seasonal changes, harvesting, and country of origin.
Our herbal products may occasionally contain small traces of natural material such as hessian fibres, string, or tiny stones. These are harmless, non-ingested, and typically settle at the base of the infuser.
