Beautiful and fresh - fine powder. 100% Pure. Free from colouring, preservatives or stabilisers. Matcha is a young tea leaf high in Chlorophyll which has been dried and stone ground. You only need a small amount as it is very concentrated. Unlike other green tea you will be consuming the whole leaf. High in antioxidants and a good blood tonic. Method: In a cup add 1/2 level teaspoon Matcha powder. Add a few drops of hot water and mix to a paste. Slowly add more hot water and stir briskly. Your result will be a delicious frothy tea. As a massage therapist, I've been using the Comfrey ointment on my hands, wrists and arms to help my own personal recovery after work . I use it every night before bed.
