I had a injury on the right side of my back. Had lots of bruises and some swelling. It was painful too. But now since I've been using this ointment the bruises have gone and almost the swelling too. Still a little pain exists. This ointment really helps. It looks like I will reorder some more of this Arnica ointment.

After blank for trauma injury to my patella, the bruising was extensive right round to the back of my knee and down to my toes. After a week of using this and hypericium creams the pain swelling and bruising was significantly reduced.

I have sun aged dry spots on my face and find the calendula cream seems to make them smaller.
Also I have dry eczema prone skin and it is wonderful for that too. I put it on before bed.
