Certified Organic Soluble dietary fibre beneficial for the gastro-intestinal tract. Cleansing: 'the colon broom' - clears undigested food and caked on built up wastes. Toning: Bulking action pushes bowel walls into shape and stimulates peristaltic movement. Absorbing: swells inside the colon absorbing fats and aiding the elimination of cholesterol. Contains Psyllium Husks - Plantago psyllium
Psyllium seed husks, also known as ispaghula, isabgol, or psyllium, are portions of the seeds of the plant Plantago ovata, (genus Plantago), a native of Bangladesh, India and Pakistan. They are hygroscopic, which allows them to expand and become mucilaginous.
This powder can be taken by adding one teaspoon to water or juice and stirring briskly, although it may not dissolve. Alternatively it can be mixed with food such as yoghurt, honey, custard or banana, or sprinkled over breakfast cereal.
Naturally Gluten Free. Contains NO ADDITIVES.

As a massage therapist, I've been using the Comfrey ointment on my hands, wrists and arms to help my own personal recovery after work . I use it every night before bed. The properties of calendula are wonderful for skin on so many ways. I have sensitive and older skin that is more fragile than it used to be. I am using this in many ways but one is as a facial night cream. The product seems to be high quality, it is what it says it is and no gimmicks
