1st Week - 5 drops diluted in 10ml water 3 x daily near meals.
2nd Week - increase to 10 drops 3 x daily
3rd Week - increase to 20 drops 3 x daily
Can be repeated after 12 weeks.

Excellent product does what it says it does. Also gave this to a friend that has been very ill cleaned her out and it made her feel so much better than she has felt in a very long time.

As a massage therapist, I've been using the Comfrey ointment on my hands, wrists and arms to help my own personal recovery after work . I use it every night before bed. The properties of calendula are wonderful for skin on so many ways. I have sensitive and older skin that is more fragile than it used to be. I am using this in many ways but one is as a facial night cream. The product seems to be high quality, it is what it says it is and no gimmicks
